Sensate Focus Therapy

Service Description

Sensate focus is a safe, non sexual touch and process used to improve intimacy and communication between partners around sex, reduce sexual performance anxiety, and shift away from ingrained, goal-oriented sexual patterns that may not be serving a couple. I offer this as a hands on non reciprocal touch therapy as well as taught through my mentorship program to couples or individuals seeking a different approach to intimacy in their relationship.
